Vantastic door-to-door

In providing our door-to-door service Vantastic is fully committed to complying with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 1989 and all other national and European regulations.

Smoking

With effect from the 29th March 2004 there has been a complete ban on smoking in Ireland wherever people are employed. As the vehicle represents the drivers place of employment smoking is not permitted under any circumstance in any of the Vantastic vehicles in the door-to-door service.

Specialist equipment

All our vehicles in the door-to-door service have been specially adapted for the transportation of people with disabilities and ageing & older people (65+) with mobility difficulties.

Some of these specialised fittings include:

rear electrical ramps and passenger side steps for easy entry and egress
crash tested flooring in passenger compartment
rear heaters for passenger comfort
fully approved seatbelts and harnessing equipment

All passengers are required to use the appropriate seatbelts and harnessing equipment provided. Failure to comply will result in our refusal to complete the booked journey
