place of the complaint arising
If you can
supply specific detailed information (i.e. Vehicle, Staff member etc) this
will be helpful in ensuring that a comprehensive investigation can be
ask that you supply us with your name and contact details, to enable us
follow up and request further information in necessary. Your details will
not be disclosed.
How is your complaint dealt with?
Once a complaint is received by the Vantastic office it will be logged and
assigned to a Member of the Vantastic Management Team who will investigate each
complaint in an efficient and professional manner.
